GroundState terms
Terms of service
Effective September 24, 2026. By using GroundState, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What GroundState provides
GroundState helps you organize selected personal context and view summaries from services you choose to connect. Features may be experimental, incomplete, changed, or discontinued. GroundState is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, training prescriptions, or emergency services.
Your accounts and permissions
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and your authority to connect third-party accounts. You may disconnect a supported service from GroundState at any time. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or a connected provider’s terms.
Connected services
Third-party services such as Strava and Oura operate under their own terms and privacy policies. GroundState is independent from those providers and is not sponsored or endorsed by them. Their availability, data, and behavior are outside GroundState’s control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, connected-service providers make no warranties through GroundState, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Connected-service providers are not liable through GroundState for consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages.
Your data
You retain your rights in information you provide or authorize GroundState to access. You grant GroundState permission to process that information only to operate the features you request. Our privacy page explains what the current product stores and how connected data can be deleted.
No warranties
GroundState is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroundState disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroundState and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@groundstate.me.
