GroundState · Health context pilot

One health question.
Not your whole history

Already uploading labs, records, or Apple Health data to ChatGPT? Prepare a smaller brief instead: the evidence for your question, its sources, and the gaps worth discussing with a clinician.

See exactly what
goes into the brief

Try the review step with invented records. Select evidence on the left and inspect the copyable brief on the right. This demonstrates the proposed workflow; it does not analyze your files.

01 / Source material

Three invented records.
You choose the evidence

Synthetic example · Nothing selected by default. No relevance or medical assessment is being made.

Include in the sample brief
Always left out of this sample

Name, date of birth, contact details, and unrelated history. These are not present in the invented records.

02 / Your disclosure brief

0 of 3 selected

One question, with its sources

What should I ask my clinician before considering an iron supplement?

Only the text above goes to your clipboard. No automatic sharing.

From a pile of records
to one bounded question

The pilot is testing whether a brief you can inspect and edit is more useful than sending your entire health history.

  1. Begin with a question

What are you trying to understand? Keep the purpose specific, such as preparing questions for a clinician about a lab result.

  2. Review the evidence

Check each proposed detail against its source. Leave out unrelated history and identifiers. Keep uncertainty visible.

  3. Copy only your brief

Read the exact text first. You decide whether to paste it into your usual AI, and which service receives it.

A clear boundary.
A deliberate handoff

GroundState helps frame the question. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend supplements.

Here, in your browser

This sample uses invented evidence. Your selections stay in page memory and reset when you reload. There is no file collection, saved health profile, or analytics on this page.

Real-file context generation and a persistent disclosure record are proposed pilot capabilities, not available here today.

When you choose to share

Copying puts the visible brief on your clipboard. It does not send it to an AI. If you paste it into another service, that service’s data policies apply.

A smaller brief can still contain sensitive information. Review every line before sharing.

Before you try it

Can I use my own labs or Apple Health export?

Your context supports local checks of supported bloodwork and DNA files, and connections to supported wearables. Apple Health imports are not available. This page’s synthetic brief is separate: it does not analyze your records or generate a brief from them.

Does GroundState answer my health question?

No. The brief organizes selected evidence, sources, and missing information for a conversation. It is not a medical interpretation or a treatment recommendation.

What can I actually do today?

Select and remove synthetic evidence, inspect the resulting brief, and copy it. No account or payment is required. Automatic relevance selection, real-file brief generation, and sharing history are not implemented in this sample.

Review the brief.
Then decide what leaves

Check which sources you have available. The readiness score counts source categories, not the quality or completeness of evidence for your question.
